As the Marketing and Creative Direct for Engelhardt & Partners Advertising, along with the owner I was the primary decision maker on the marketing plan and creative for several multi-million dollar clients.

First Team Auto Mall was an auto dealer group located in Roanoke and Christiansburg, VA. Through my leadership and working closely with the company's president and general managers, I was instrumental in building their business from 100 units per month to over 300 units per month, shattering goals and expectations.
